FremantleMedia International announced the appointment of Amaç Erol Us as its new Dubai-based Sales Director.

Reporting into Anahita Kheder, SVP of Middle East, Africa and South Eastern Europe, Us will be responsible for exploring tape distribution and format growth opportunities with both existing clients and new emerging targets across the Middle East, Africa, Greece, Cyprus, Malta and Turkey. Us will also strongly focus on scripted content distribution and develop synergies in the scripted space between the regional markets.

Us most recently held the position of Sales and Acquisitions Executive at Turkey’s leading media company, Kanal D, where he was responsible for acquiring content based on business strategy; and managing the distribution of Kanal D’s extended catalog throughout the Middle East, Africa, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Macedonia, Ukraine and Georgia. Prior to his role at Kanal D, Us also served as an Advertising Sales Executive at MaxFM, a local Turkish radio station.
