Even before the start of the Czech hockey competitions, another major sports hockey event launches and will be aired in the country thanks to Sport1 and Sport2 – the Champions Hockey League – CHL. Sport1 and Sport2 will offer 15 live streams in 10 days.

In the core groups, the new 32 teams are divided into eight groups of 4 teams that meet twice with each other. Only two of the best in each group are going to the eight-finals. Basic group matches are played from August 24 to October 11.
