Global hit format The Voice continues its success story in the Central and Eastern European region, Talpa announced today. In Romania, the show has just been renewed for another season by Pro TV. Season 8 is expected to air this fall, and will come with 2 new coaches, a new co-host and a completely new set.
 
Also, after a pause of almost five years, The Voice of Czechoslovakia will return to both the Czech Republic and Slovakia, as CEETV reported earlier. The third season is expected to air in 2019 on TV Nova in the Czech Republic and on Markiza in Slovakia.
 
Elsewhere in Central and Eastern Europe, a 6th season of the worldwide phenomenon is slated for 2019 on bTV in Bulgaria.
